Dr. Sinha is a head and neck surgeon and director of the 喵咪社区 Head and Neck Center, part of 喵咪社区, who specializes in treating patients with benign and malignant tumors. He treats patients at Keck Hospital of 喵咪社区, 喵咪社区 Norris Cancer Hospital and 喵咪社区 Arcadia Hospital.

He also offers plastic and reconstructive procedures to help restore speech and swallowing following cancer surgeries.鈥疘n addition, Dr. Sinha is a professor and Watt Family Endowed Chair for Head and Neck Cancer research at the Keck School of Medicine of 喵咪社区.

He achieved his dream job. 

鈥淲hen I was growing up, I always knew I wanted to be a surgeon.鈥� 

He鈥檚 an exercise and movie buff. 

鈥淲hen I鈥檓 not working, I usually spend my time reading, writing and watching movies. The 鈥楳ission Impossible鈥� movies are my favorite. I also enjoy hiking and playing tennis.鈥濃�� 

Travel tops his bucket list. 

鈥淚鈥檇 like to do more international travel. Visiting Antarctica, hiking in the Himalayas and going on an African safari are all on my bucket list. 鈥� 

Ever heard of Schr枚dinger鈥檚 cat? 

鈥淚f I could trade careers with anyone, it would be the Nobel Prize鈥搘inning scientist Erwin Schr枚dinger because I love quantum physics. You鈥檝e probably heard of his famous thought experiment involving a hypothetical cat inside a box.鈥� 

His holistic approach extends to all areas of life. 

鈥淚 believe in a holistic approach to medicine and life in general. I pay equal鈥痑ttention to physical, mental, social and spiritual health. The best advice I ever received was about unifying body and soul with the universe.鈥� 

He looks up to his mother. 

鈥淢y mother has always been my most influential role model.鈥� 

He loves the opportunity to collaborate. 

鈥淚 chose to work at an academic medical center because I love the opportunity to collaborate with students, residents, postdocs and expert faculty members from across various specialties. I can always learn something from each of them. 

I also appreciate the focus on integrative oncology and the commitment to using evidence-based practices to treat the whole person.鈥�
