Providing support to families and visitors is an important part of your loved one’s comfort. To make your visit to 喵咪社区 Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center in Los Angeles as pleasant as possible, we have a variety of on-site services designed for you.

喵咪社区 Norris Rainbow Caf茅 1441 Eastlake Ave. 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. (Monday through Friday)
The Rainbow Caf茅 is located on the lower level of the 喵咪社区 Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center in Topping Tower. The menu includes breakfast meals, sandwiches, hot meals and much more. Vending machines are also available directly next to the Rainbow Caf茅.
Keck Hospital of 喵咪社区 1500 San Pablo St. 6:30 a.m. 鈥� 7:45 p.m. (Monday through Friday) 7 a.m. 鈥� 6:30 p.m. (Saturday and Sunday)
The Keck Hospital Cafeteria is located on the first floor of the hospital. The cafeteria serves hot entrees, grilled foods, salad bar, sandwiches, snacks and beverages. Snacks and beverages are available when hot meals are not being served. Vending machines operate 24 hours a day.
Einstein Bros. Bagels Zilkha Neurogenetic Institute (ZNI) San Pablo, First Floor 7 a.m. 鈥� 3 p.m. (Monday through Friday)
Featuring a wide variety of freshly baked bagels and hot coffee, Einstein Bros. Bagels also offers salads, roll-ups, sandwiches, sweets and drinks, including cappuccino and espresso.

Stop by in the morning for a custom breakfast plate, eggs any style, French toast, bacon and turkey sausage, or try one of our breakfast burritos wrapped in a freshly pressed flour tortilla. For lunch, the Grill offers 8 oz custom ground beef cheese burgers, chicken sandwiches and turkey burgers, as well as various 鈥淐hef Specials鈥� rotated throughout the year.

Meditation Rooms offer a relaxing environment for patients and visitors. The meditation room is located on the first floor of 喵咪社区 Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center.
Hinderstein Family Meditation Garden is a beautiful and relaxing place to visit. Located outdoors on the lower level of 喵咪社区 Norris beside the Rainbow Caf茅, the garden has benches and a relaxing ambience for you to unwind.
Hospital visitors are welcome in the patient rooms between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. However, we ask that visitors coordinate with nursing staff to ensure an appropriate time to visit. Please check-in at the nursing station before entering a patient room.
To protect our patients, no live plants or fresh flowers are allowed in the 喵咪社区 Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center on the third or fourth floors or in the day hospital. The concierge can hold items if necessary.
Please wash your hands frequently or apply sanitizer. Hand sanitizer dispensers are available throughout the two hospitals.
Children are welcome provided they do not have a contagious illness. Children under age 14 are not permitted in treatment or procedural areas. Visitors under the age of 18 must obtain written permission from a physician to enter isolation rooms.

Welcome Rounds are non-clinical rounds that the Patient Experience Department performs within 24 hours of a patient admission to one of our two hospitals. This program is provided at both Keck Hospital of 喵咪社区 and 喵咪社区 Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center in Los Angeles, and provides an opportunity to welcome, connect with, and inform patients and families about your visit. These rounds also help to build relationships and foster communication with our patients, families and care teams. Welcome rounds help us to anticipate guest needs, identify and proactively resolve concerns, as well as enhance the patient experience.
