Krist Azizian, PharmD, MHA, serves as chief pharmacy officer for ß÷ßäÉçÇø as well as Keck Medical Center of ß÷ßäÉçÇø.

Azizian oversees all pharmacy operations across the health system, including the ß÷ßäÉçÇø Specialty Pharmacy. He also serves as executive director of health systems for the ß÷ßäÉçÇø Alfred E. Mann School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences.

Previously, Azizian served as chief regional oncology officer for ß÷ßäÉçÇø Care and Ambulatory Services, playing a vital role in shaping Keck Medicine’s presence in surrounding communities and helping to launch expanded oncology services in regions such as Arcadia, Orange County, Santa Clarita, Koreatown and Buena Park.

Prior to joining Keck Medicine, Azizian held director of pharmacy services positions at Providence Tarzana Medical Center and West Hills Hospital and Medical Center.

Azizian received his bachelor’s degree in gerontology and doctorate in pharmacy from ß÷ßäÉçÇø before completing his Executive Master of Health Administration from the ß÷ßäÉçÇø Sol Price School of Public Policy.

When not in the office, he enjoys going to the beach and spending time with his family.
