Since the COVID-9 pandemic, many hospitals and health systems have had to deal with staff turnover and burnout. The leadership at ß÷ßäÉçÇø has worked hard to reverse the trend, with a high level of success. The health system has rolled out a very well-received management training program to promote open communication and transparency. Keck Medicine has also created a vibrant employee wellness program, Care for the Caregiver, to support its frontline health care providers, as well as launched a research-tested professional program to further ensure workplace satisfaction.

Our overall turnover rate as a medical center is 10%, which is one of the best performing measures.
